- (9am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 6pm to 9pm)
- ※ Customers who select the COD payment method please kindly prepare cash.
- (Please kindly note that no cheque or cash cheque is allowed)
- ※ DHL will call our customer prior to delivery.
- 1st Call, DHL will call the customer to confirm the delivery address, date and time.
- ※ For COD customers DHL will inform the customer to prepare cash.
- ※ Any changes for delivery should be done during the 1st Call.
- 2nd Call, The driver will call our customer to inform him that he will be arriving shortly.
- ※ once delivery has been confirmed during the 1st Call, no changes are allowed.
